I have developed a four session class that I hope to teach at several locations around Omaha, Nebraska.

It will be taught in a revolving class style. Each individual class will be open-ended and independent of the others. You do not have to start at a specific class, but a commitment to all four classes will be required.

I will announce times, cost, and locations as soon as an agreement has been made.

One on one fitness & nutrition coaching:

Six sessions - $342 / Twelve sessions $648

5% discounts if you bring  a friend, 10% if you bring two, and they sign up with you.

5% = $308 / $583 Per person

10% = $274 / $518 Per person

If you choose to do a genetic analysis it is done by a third party and is a separate cost, paid to them. I am certified to read the analysis and develop a fitness and nutrition program based on that information.
